For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

We are not responsible for:

• Shipping delays caused by the carrier
• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
