How to Use

Massage a small amount into clean, dry skin. Apply wherever your body could use some extra attention, including legs, feet, shoulders, neck and other areas that feel tired or overworked.

For your nighttime ritual, apply before bed and massage into the skin as you slow down for the evening.

*PLEASE note this works over time, 4 weeks of continual use so that your body can use and regulate the mineral to see lasting effects. Just like a vitamin, you generally don't feel it's effects that day, but you can tell as soon as you stop using it. 

Use daily. Best absorbed through the bottom of your feet. Can also be applied to torso, legs, arms, and sore muscles.

1 teaspoon of this organic magnesium lotion delivers approximately 280 mg of elemental magnesium. I usually use about 1-2 teaspoons at a time when I use it.
